Booking Terms

 

  • 50% deposit within a week of booking or we have the right to cancel your booking, and then the final balance one month before your arrival.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking will you please telephone us first and then confirm in writing. We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance to cover your stay as we are not responsible for reimbursing your payment also due to new laws we are unable to insure you against any personal losses during your stay and are not responsible for your belongings. .
  • Cars parked at your own risk on the visitor’s car park, we cannot be held responsible for any properties left in your car or any damage to your car on the car park.
  • You are responsible to leave the property to the standard that you found it and any damage caused within and to the Hot Tubs will be charged to yourselves accordingly.
  • Up to two dogs are accepted by prior written consent and must not be left unattended during your stay. We have the right to ask you to vacate the premises. Any damaged caused by your pets and you will be held financially responsible.
  • Arrival and Departure – Our cabin arrival time is from 4pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and we kindly ask that you vacate by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
  • We do not allow any person other than the guest booked and staying in the property for their holiday to use the facilities and amenities of the property without prior consent from the owners.
  • Only the number of guests booked to are permitted to stay. Extra guests will be asked to leave or an additional payment will have to be made of £35 per person per night.
  • Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
  • Maengwynedd Cabins operate a no smoking policy.
  • Unexpected events or accidents over which we have no control, gives us the right to move you to an equivalent cabin.
  • Maengwynedd cabins will not accept responsibility for weather conditions that effect the customers ability to travel to Maengwynedd cabins. No refunds will be offered and and no alternative date will be given for accommodation if customers are unable to arrive on the date of their stay.
