Frequently Asked Questions

We kindly ask you to bring your own towels to use in the Hot Tub. Oven gloves and a tea towel will be provided as will disposable Jay cloths and cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, washing up powder, hand soap and detergent.

We provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need.

Each cabin has its own private hot tub for your use only under an all weather gazebo.

The standard of cleanliness of The hot tubs has to be our priority at all times.  Some times of no fault of our own we have to make a decisions quickly, to change the water in the hot tubs. (e.g the previous guests have not followed the rules.) Heating the water does take time but  we are pleased to say if this occurs our guests are very understanding as we do not have time limits for their use.

Yes we allow up to 2 pets at cost £25 per head, we provided a dog bed, Towel and bowls.

The arrival and departure times.

Arrival time is after 4pm and the cabins need to be departed at 10.30am on the last day of your stay.

The Cabin will be ready and unlocked for your arrive, go on in and make your self’s at home.

Wifi is free of charge.

We have just put a new system in starlight and its proving to be successful much better speeds being achieved in all 3 cabins.

Mobile phone signal is poor.

We have a landline on site for your use if needed.

Yes we provided Travel cot and high chairs free of charge when requested by guests.

We do not provided Linen for the travel cot.

Yes each Cabin has its own charcoal BBQ, (We don’t supply the charcoal)

We do put them away of the winter months due to the weather damaging them.

Yes one in each Cabin.

We have a lovely village just 5 miles away, Llanrhaeadr YM (SPAR, Butcher, newsagents)

Or Oswestry / Welshpool nearest Town  ½ -3/4 hr drive away.  (Aldi, Morrisons,Tesco, Sainsburys)

Yes ASDA do deliver in this area, please ensure you give a time when you have arrived at the cabins to receive your order.

We do have Voucher if you wanted to purchase them as a gift towards a holiday and We can provided fresh flowers arrangements if pre ordered before you stay
